The Smart Enterprise Booking and Cancellation policy for group bookings
Dates for all courses are limited and cannot be reserved without completing and submitting a booking form.
The Smart Enterprise accepts bookings on completion of this booking form, in making such bookings clients accept our bookings and cancellation policy for group bookings.
By completing and submitting the booking form, clients agree to the quoted dates of training, times of training delivery and cost of training.
Quotes are based on the initial number of learners identified, extra learners may be added but clients must request a new quote and agree the difference in cost in writing and in advance. Once agreed, the cost is final and does not alter if the number of learners is less than the agreed quote.
All invoices are payable without any discount of any kind unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For in-house training, clients agree to provide a suitable training room. Please discuss this at time of booking.
The Smart Enterprise reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course at short notice. In the case of The Smart Enterprise cancelling the course, any payments received will be refunded in full.
The Smart Enterprise cannot be held liable for any costs the client may incur in arranging travel and/or accommodation in relation to the course should the course be cancelled or postponed.
Should the client wish to re-arrange the time or date of the course they must make that request in writing. The Smart Enterprise will try to accommodate any changes and these will be confirmed in writing.
In the event of the client wishing to cancel a booking, they are subject to the following charges plus any costs already incurred by The Smart Enterprise:
- 100% course fee if the client cancels 0 to 13 calendar days prior to commencement of the course
- 50% course fee if the client cancels 14 to 29 calendar days prior to commencement of the course
- Full refund if the client cancels 30 or more calendar days prior to commencement of the course.
In the case of costs being incurred by The Smart Enterprise and retained at the point of cancellation, The Smart Enterprise will produce copies of any documentation and receipts and make them available to the client.
Bookings made within 30 calendar days prior to commencement of the course are subject to the same cancellation charges.
Cancellations must be received in writing and The Smart Enterprise will accept the cancellation based on the date it is received in writing.
The Smart Enterprise reserves the right to change the Booking and Cancellation Policy. Any changes will become effective on the date it is published on The Smart Enterprise website.
