Training for Business

Suitability 3These courses are tailored to meet the needs of  businesses who may have customers or employees with disabilities.

People with disabilities often face barriers in everyday life, when trying to access services or in employment.  The Smart Enterprise have a wealth of experience in disability issues and therefore understand those barriers and how to help break them down.

It is a legislative requirement that your business understands your responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 and your business reputation will only be enhanced by understanding how you can provide a better service to disabled customers and ensuring that all your staff are supported effectively.

Our training is co-delivered by people who themselves experience disability, thus ensuring that you and your staff are receiving first hand expert knowledge.

If you’re not sure which training you require why not ask us for a no obligation training audit? The Smart Enterprise will check how accessible your business really is and highlight any training needs.

Below is a list of courses we currently offer. If you can’t see what you are looking for please let us know and we’ll see if we can design a course for you or find you another provider that best meet the needs of your business and your staff.
